I have been going through the ISRSA tutorial and I have an issue at the part named Applying a parcellation mask and calculating nodewise timeseries. I have attached the heatmap I got, mine seems to have too many positive and negative values compared to yours being around 0 mainly. I am not sure why this is the case, does it mean something is wrong with my preprocessed images (I used SPM12) or does it have something to do with mask/something else I’m missing?
